Treichel quoted in Article regarding Mega General Electric Settlement

General Electric agrees to end a six-year litigation battle with a proposed 61-million-dollar settlement. Bonnie Treichel, Founder and Chief Solutions Officer of Endeavor Retirement, was quoted in an InvestmentNews article by Emile Hallez stating, “When we look at settlements, this one jumps off the page for the proposed settlement amount, which still must be approved by the court.” If approved by the court, this will be one of the biggest ERISA litigation settlements in history.
