Bonnie’s passion is sharing her knowledge with financial advisors. When she founded Endeavor Retirement, her goal was to make retirement legislation easy to understand. She keeps advisors up to date on the rules and regulations through her webinars, presentations and consultation. The result — advisors and consultants help more people access their retirement savings.
Nevin E. Adams, JD
Chief Advisor Strategist
Nevin is the former Chief Content Officer and Head of Retirement Research for the American Retirement Association. At Endeavor Retirement, he supports the team and its clients by developing resources for advisors, plan sponsors and participants and coaching advisors to achieve the best outcomes for their clients.
Chris Simmers
Director – Compliance
Chris understands the challenges of compliance after years of working both as a regulator, and for regulated entities. He applies his knowledge to ensure clients’ supervisory and compliance programs run smoothly. His specialty is easy-to-implement solutions. He also helps with FINRA, SEC and DOL compliance.
Molly Treichel
Chief of Staff
Molly helped launch Endeavor Retirement after years at a large financial services firm. She manages the team’s day-to-day activities and operations with clients and partners. As training and community engagement have grown to be a core pillar of Endeavor Retirement, Molly leads the team’s programs both internally and externally.

Director of Sales and Marketing
With over a decade of experience in marketing and communications, Erin focuses on showcasing Endeavor Retirement’s resources and value to advisors. Her background in politics and nonprofits gives her a deep understanding of complex issues, a strong instinct for stakeholder communication, and a genuine commitment to client service.

Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Erin manages the day-to-day operational functions of Endeavor Retirement, helping coordinate initiatives across client service, team operations, technology, vendor management, and human resources. She works closely with leadership to streamline processes, support strategic business goals, and enhance the overall client and team experience. Known for her collaborative approach and attention to detail, Erin is focused on building operational efficiencies that support Endeavor’s continued growth and success.
