Bonnie’s passion is sharing her knowledge with financial advisors. When she founded Endeavor Retirement, her goal was to make retirement legislation easy to understand. She keeps advisors up to date on the rules and regulations through her webinars, presentations and consultation. The result — advisors and consultants help more people access their retirement savings.

Sean Cooper
JD – Chief Strategy Officer
Sean spent years in the trenches of complex class-action litigation as a litigator. He fully appreciates the challenges private litigation and regulatory compliance can pose. Sean leads content generation for the company, with an eye toward translating complicated legal and regulatory jargon into actionable steps. Sean also drives the strategic initiatives and partnerships at Endeavor.

Molly Treichel
Chief of Staff
Molly helped launch Endeavor Retirement after years at a large financial services firm. She manages the team’s day-to-day activities and operations with clients and partners.

Adrian Ramirez
Director – Retirement Plans
Adrian uses his experience as a retirement consultant and investment director to help retirement plan advisors become more efficient, compliant and marketable to plan sponsors. He relates to advisors by utilizing expertise in governance, plan design, fee analysis and vendor searches. In addition, his background as an analyst taught him the complexity of prudently selecting and monitoring investments, including QDIAs and new-to-market initiatives.

Chris Simmers
Consultant – RIA Compliance
Chris understands the challenges of compliance after years of working both as a regulator, and for regulated entities. He applies his knowledge to ensure clients’ supervisory and compliance programs run smoothly. His specialty is easy-to-implement solutions. He also helps with FINRA, SEC and DOL compliance.

Megan Pancake
Operations Manager
Megan brings a strong background of administrative experience to her role in Endeavor Retirement. Coming from her years of experience working within the industry, she has gained valuable knowledge that helps her positively impact her team and their clients. Megan assists with the daily operations of the company.
